Welcome To Mendocino Bootcamp For Women
We offer complete body conditioning for women of all abilities in a pristine outdoor setting utilizing cutting edge fitness instruction and team motivation. Rain or Shine! Full, 3 x per week, four week sign-up includes a full before and after fitness assesment and t-shirt. Can't do 3 x per week - create your own 1 or two x per week session. Drop in, private and custom group classes offered by calling ahead.
